Description
These machines are now essential on almost every site to bend & cut rebars at the desired size and shapes. Hence due to increase in the speed of operations , we have to focus more on safety of operators.

Safety Measures
- Motor & Fly Wheel Guard – This covers the assembly of Motor Pulley, belt and the Fly Wheel.
- Shear Blade Guard – This guard stops and holds the rebars striking out after cutting.
- DOL motor starter – These starters with phase failure relay prevents motor damage through phase reversal, High & Low Voltage, hence ensuring longer motor life.
Available for Rebar Size – 4 mm to 45mm

Safety Measures
- Electrical Braking – The Bar Bending machine comes with electrical braking which eliminates cost of maintenance of mechanical brakes. Hence there is no maintenance cost like mechanical brakes.
- Limit Switches – The machine has two limit switches at both sides , front & back. The limit switch is used to restrict the rotation of bend wheel over 360 degree. This allows getting the exact bend at the selected angle.
- Foot Pedal – The machine is operational till the pedal is pressed. Once the foot is removed, the machine stops immediately. This provides safety to the operators while operating the machine. It also comes with Foot Guard Cover for higher safety from Hazards of constructions.
- Emergency Switch – If any safety does not work, we can stop the machine by pressing Emergency Switch.
